Pac-Man NV is the company behind <a href=\"https://www.linkedin.com/company/carouselgroup/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Carousel Group</strong></a>, a long-standing partner with whom we have worked closely since 2012.</p><p>This acquisition will enable <a href=\"https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23gaming1&amp;origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED\"><strong>#Gaming1</strong></a> to benefit from Pac-Man NV&rsquo;s license and digital portfolio, adding new capabilities to our Belgian operations.</p><p style=\"text-align: left\">Pac-Man NV&rsquo;s activities will be integrated into Gaming1 with immediate effect.
