We are pleased to announce that, on 22 September, Gaming1 acquired 100% of the shares in Pac-Man NV. Pac-Man NV is the company behind Carousel Group, a long-standing partner with whom we have worked closely since 2012.
This acquisition will enable #Gaming1 to benefit from Pac-Man NVโs license and digital portfolio, adding new capabilities to our Belgian operations.
Pac-Man NVโs activities will be integrated into Gaming1 with immediate effect. As the transaction does not involve the transfer of any employees, our teams are working closely together to ensure the smooth and effective integration of all activities. ๐ค
